When Refunds Are Allowed
- Refunds are valid within 7 days from the date your order is delivered.
- The jewellery must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
- Refunds will not be approved if the item is damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or if packaging is missing.
Non-Refundable Items
- Customized or engraved jewellery cannot be refunded.
- Products purchased during a final sale or clearance offer are non-refundable.
- Delivery charges from the original order will not be refunded.
Refund Timeline
- Once we receive and inspect the returned jewellery, your refund will be processed within 3 business days.
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit if preferred.
Damaged or Wrong Items
- If the product received is damaged or incorrect, a full refund will be issued, and return shipping costs will be covered by us.
