Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if you change your mind or need a different style, our Return and Exchange Policy makes the process simple and stress-free.

Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and sent back in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  • Returns are not allowed for customized, engraved jewellery, or items marked as Final Sale.
  • If the product is being returned due to personal preference or change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to a damaged or wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs completely.
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue store credit or prepare your requested exchange.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition and packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for delivery charges when exchanging for a different style or size, unless the exchange is due to a damaged or incorrect product.
  • Exchanges are processed within 3 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
  • If your preferred replacement item is out of stock, we will provide store credit so you can shop again later.

Important Notes

  • Always keep your order receipt until the return or exchange process is completed.
  • Ziymet Jewellery reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if the product shows signs of wear, damage, or misuse.
  • Warranty claims related to plating or color fading issues are covered under our 6-month warranty, not the return or exchange policy.
