Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but if you change your mind or need a different style, our Return and Exchange Policy makes the process simple and stress-free.
Return Policy
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and sent back in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
- Returns are not allowed for customized, engraved jewellery, or items marked as Final Sale.
- If the product is being returned due to personal preference or change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to a damaged or wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs completely.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue store credit or prepare your requested exchange.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are available within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition and packaging.
- Customers are responsible for delivery charges when exchanging for a different style or size, unless the exchange is due to a damaged or incorrect product.
- Exchanges are processed within 3 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
- If your preferred replacement item is out of stock, we will provide store credit so you can shop again later.
Important Notes
- Always keep your order receipt until the return or exchange process is completed.
- Ziymet Jewellery reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if the product shows signs of wear, damage, or misuse.
- Warranty claims related to plating or color fading issues are covered under our 6-month warranty, not the return or exchange policy.
